Standard labor is $155/hr, after-hours is $175/hr, travel time is $120/hr, and a diagnostic scanner hookup is $150. You get the rate and the plan before any wrench turns. Recurring fleet contracts can bring the standard rate down.
Volvo, CAT, International, Mack, Peterbilt, Cummins, JCB, JLG, Isuzu, Kawasaki, Freightliner, and effectively every major heavy truck and equipment brand. If it has a diesel engine, hydraulics, or a heavy driveline, ask.
Yes. Class 6 to 8 trucks are a big part of the work: semis, dump trucks and owner-operator rigs, fixed at your yard, your lot or the roadside.
Yes. Brakes, drums and suspension on trucks and trailers get fixed where the truck is parked, at the same listed labor rate.
It depends on where you are in the radius and the current schedule, but quick response is the point of a mobile service. Call or text with your location and the problem and you will get a realistic time, not a runaround.
Yes. P&C carries the proper state and county licenses and is insured. The lead tech is ASE Master Certified for heavy and medium duty trucks.
Covered repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If you supply your own parts, warranty terms are handled separately and written up before the work starts.
Yes. P&C sets up recurring maintenance programs for contractors and owner-operators, and also does fill-in work for companies that already have a mechanic or only need an occasional checkup. Contracts lower the standard labor rate.
After-hours and emergency calls are available from 8pm to 8am at the after-hours rate. When a machine going down means a job stops, you do not have to wait until morning.
