The rules for this website. The terms of an actual repair live on your estimate and invoice.
This page covers the website. The terms of an actual repair are on your estimate and invoice, and those are what govern the work.
This site belongs to P&C Mobile Repair LLC, a mobile truck and heavy equipment repair business based in Lehigh Acres, Florida, owned and operated by Connor Gaillardetz.
When this page says I or me, that is who it means.
Read it, use the form, call the number. That is what it is for.
Do not scrape it, copy the content onto another site, or use the form to send sales pitches or anything automated. The photos, copy, and layout belong to P&C.
Descriptions of the work I do, the areas I cover, rates, and how I operate. It is written to be accurate and kept current.
It is general information, not a diagnosis. Nothing on this site tells you what is wrong with your specific machine or whether it is safe to run. That takes eyes on the equipment.
Rates posted on this site are current standard rates and are there so you know roughly what you are getting into before you call. They can change, and the page may lag a change by a few days.
A rate on a web page is not a quote. A quote is something I give you for your job, after we have talked about what the machine is doing. Where a written estimate and this website disagree, the written estimate wins.
Parts pricing and availability move constantly and nothing here locks either one in.
Scope, price, payment terms, and any warranty on a specific repair are what we agree to for that job, in writing on your estimate or invoice. Nothing on this website adds to those terms or takes anything away from them.
If something on this page seems to contradict your invoice, your invoice is the agreement.
The photos on this site are real jobs. If your equipment ends up in a photo I would want to use publicly and it shows anything identifying, like a company name on the door or a unit number, I ask you first.
If a photo of your equipment is already up and you want it down, tell me and it comes down.
I cannot promise the site is up every minute, that every page is free of typos, or that a rate listed here is the rate on the day you read it.
I cannot promise a repair timeline from a web page. Response time depends on where you are, what day it is, and what is already on the schedule. The honest answer comes when you call.
This site links out to a few places, including my Facebook page and the studio that built the site. Once you click through, you are on their site under their rules, not mine.
The website is offered as is, without warranties of any kind. That is about the website itself. It says nothing about the quality of the wrench work, which stands on its own and is covered by whatever we agreed to on your invoice.
To the extent the law allows, P&C Mobile Repair LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, such as downtime or lost work claimed to result from something you read here.
Again: this limits liability for the website. Liability for repair work is a separate matter, governed by your invoice and by Florida law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Lee County, Florida.
I update this page when something about the site changes. The date at the top tells you when that last happened.
Call or email. You will get me, not a legal department.
